Hotel Trapani In doesn’t collect any amount in advance, with the exception of rooms sold in offer “No refundable rate” or except for reservations with deposit agreed in advance with the customer. Cancellation and No Show terms below are valid only for reservations made directly with the Hotel. For any reservation made through portals, conditions may be different, even more restrictive, on which we can’t take action.

Cancellation Policy: It’s possible to cancel reserved rooms, without any penalty for the months of July, August, September and Easter week up to 7 days from the date of arrival including. For all other months of the year it’s possible to cancel reserved rooms without penalty up to 3 days from the date of arrival including. For cancellations beyond that term, the amount of 100% of the entire amount, will be charged on the credit card given on warranty.

No Show: (when the customer doesn’t cancel and doesn’t come in hotel): In case of no-show the amount of the 100% of the entire amount covenant in advance, will be charged.

Early departure: If a customer leaves the hotel before the assigned departure date, the direction reserves the right to bill the entire amount, vat included, until the date of departure.

The Pre-authorization: Hotel Trapani In reserves the right to check the validity of credit card, before customer’s arrival, asking for a pre-authorization at the circuit. With the pre-authorization Hotel Trapani In ensures the temporary availability of the total amount of your stay, to make sure the credit card is valid. No amount is cashed . Pre-authorization will automatically expire after 30 days of the request, after that date the amount will be released. In case of pre-authorization with negative results, the customer will be informed and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the hotel won’t have obligation to the customer.

Re-location: If, for our mistake or for turned up cause, we weren’t able to respect terms of guaranteed and confirmed reservation, we will give to our customer an alternative accomodation with the same quality and price. If the customer doesn’t agree with it, Hotel Trapani In won’t have any obligation.

IN CASE OF RESERVATION MADE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS DESCRIBED AND, IN AUTOMATIC, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION ABOVE.
